Been here almost 3 years the management never quits complaining about stuff and they change the rules daily they constantly litter your yard with notes because they can't come talk to you in person they don't fix anything the hot tub hasn't worked the whole time I've been here they let kids run wild at the pool but have the nerve to turn around and tell you you can't smoke cigarettes at the pool now all of a sudden although people vap there every time I go so don't waste your time getting into a contract with them you will r... read more

Teresa was unhelpful, rude and shouldn’t even have a job working with people. And the interaction she had with my sister will be escalated to higher up management. If replied to, please provide direct contact information for the report.

My husband and I applied here and we were told to apply for the mortgage company they use to obtain the financing for a home in the park. We received an approval for the mortgage and then a day later we get a phone call saying we were not approved for the community due to credit from one person and the other person said they don't know why we didn't get approved because it doesn't tell them, it just said it was declined and we will receive a letter.
