Super annoyed of this place. Neither the office or the warranty is helpful with any issues. No integrity whatsoever. Also they’ll tow you any chance they get and purposely do it close to closing time so you have to pay extra at the towing and bc their office is closed so they don’t have to deal with any of it. Super slimy backstabbing move from the office. If I could rate it lower I would.

Very professional group of very nice people. Went out of their way to do the sale of a new 3 bedroom trailer. My first home. Teresa and Diane were great

I just want to address the comments about the lot rents going up. The business model of Town and Country is to make a profit off of rents only. The mortgage company profits from the home. My wife and I just purchased a brand new home for 49,000. This home has a warranty and is cheaper than the rent we paid for a tiny one bedroom. The average price for a site built home in the tucson area is 340,000. Quite a difference wouldn't you say?. That's a payment of more than 2000 a month. Forgot how long I've lived here. Neighborhood is decent. Edit:still good,but the loud cars? I get it,but at least be considerate to people who have night shifts

Been here almost 3 years the management never quits complaining about stuff and they change the rules daily they constantly litter your yard with notes because they can't come talk to you in person they don't fix anything the hot tub hasn't worked the whole time I've been here they let kids run wild at the pool but have the nerve to turn around and tell you you can't smoke cigarettes at the pool now all of a sudden although people vap there every time I go so don't waste your time getting into a contract with them you will r... read more
