Customer Service I recently brought my suit and a another blazer to be dry cleaned at Town & Country. The customer service was excellent - the staff was friendly and quick to answer any of my questions. Their turn around time was pretty good as well. The prices were reasonable and overall, I would recommend their services to anyone. PROS: Customer Service CONS: Turn around time could be a bit faster
good dry cleaners.. I let Town and Country Dry Cleaning and Laundry dry clean a dress for a formal occasion. It was done very promptly and the customer service was excellent. It is in a very good location and parking is a snap. Prices were comparable to other dry cleaners, and I think they have specials and send out coupons once in awhile. Overall it was a very good experience and I would definitely return. I highly recommend Town and Country Dry Cleaning and Laundry.
Very friendly! I've used Town & Country many times for many different services and they have always done a wonderful job. The facility is a little older but don't let that fool you, they do quality work. The staff is always super nice and friendly and willing to help. I would never think to use another dry cleaner on James Island, and there are many! I highly recommend them. PROS: friendly service, quality work CONS: store is a little run down
