I called for a estimate at the beginning of April 2020. I was advised it would be a few weeks because of Corona. After not hearing from them for 2.5 months I called near the end of June 2020. I was told I'm on the list its just been busy. Now at the end of September and still nothing.

We are so sorry we haven't been able to provide you with the estimate you requested. I believe we have explained to customers consistently that we are very backed up and unable to get to everyone. While we do attempt to take care of our local residential customers it isn't always possible. Yes, we are doing a great deal of road and commercial work.
