Riverstone which owns T&C has raised the rent 50/mo for the last two years. That's more than my social security raise. There aren't any amenities and many empty spaces. They don't care about the residents unless you're late on rent which is now ridiculously high. I've lived here for 8 years and now I have to worry about losing my home and finding a place to live because they are money hungry jerks!
I’ve been in the park the last 20 years. Lakisha the new park manager and Aaron are new maintenance guy are really fixing the place up. It’s enjoyable coming into the park seeing it all cleaned up. And if you wanna chat or tell them thank you they listen! I really appreciate all there hard work.
