Ruined Clothing - use at your own risk I didn't even want to give one star! Hole in seat of men's slacks discovered after only second dry cleaning of new pants. Hems partially undone. Damage was not discovered until after slacks were being worn. Could have been a humiliating situation, had the hole not been discovered before leaving home. I first brought the pants back to place of purchase (Men's Wearhouse) to inquire about the hole and undone hems and was assured that the damage was due to faulty dry cleaning. Horrible...not honest...doesn't pay claims LOST SHIRTS...NUMBEROUS PROBLEMS... the latest being a Tommy Bahama 150 shirt. Personnel tried to make you feel like a criminal and it was your fault. Claim filed and no response. Was told owner does not speak English. Calling channel 5 on your side....cannot believe they are going to get away with this!!!! DO NOT USE!
