Jonathan and the team did an outstanding job with the complete installation of a new wood-burning stove in my husband’s workshop, as well as handling regular chimney sweeps and maintenance on our existing stove at home. Axel and Chris did an excellent job sweeping and inspecting my chimney, fireplace, and checking the flue up in the attic and the chase on the roof. I really appreciated how careful and thorough they were, making sure everything was safe and ready to use. Eddie was also very helpful with scheduling the appointment. Overall, I had a great experience with the team here in Frisco.
after having our wood-burning insert checked by the team, we feel much more confident using it. they really know their stuff and gave us helpful tips on fireplace care. i appreciated that chris wore actual white gloves and laid down protective rugs to keep our home clean during the chimney sweeping. we’ll definitely call them again for future chimney work.
Axel did an excellent job cleaning and repairing our chimney! Our old sheet metal cap needed to be replaced, so he carefully removed it, made some needed repairs, redid the flashing and sealing, and then installed a new multi-flue chimney cap.
