Wonderful job by Eddie and Jonathan. They were honest, hardworking, and did a very thorough chimney sweep and vent cleaning service. The appointment took about 4 hours and the price was very fair. I really appreciated the care they took while moving furniture to safely reach the vents and fireplace areas, and they cleaned everything up when the work was finished. I had a stove insert installed and used it all through the cooler months. Partway through the season, my heating provider called to check on my system because I had barely used any fuel. I explained that I was heating the house with my fireplace insert and only keeping the regular heat as a backup. I’m still very happy with the insert, and after a chimney sweep and venting check, it’s been working great. It heats well, burns clean, and has helped me save a lot of money on home heating.

Instead, I used that money for smart preventive chimney maintenance on the exterior masonry and crown, which felt like the right fix. The two gentlemen who came to my home for a fireplace and chimney inspection were on time, polite, and very professional. They carefully checked the chimney and firebox, explained everything in simple terms, and were honest about the chimney sweep work that was needed.
