Very friendly and helpful. Chris walked us through the chimney repair choices in a simple way and never used any pressure. They took time to explain the fireplace and chimney work clearly, answered our questions, and made the whole process easy to understand. It really felt like an honest chimney sweep and repair service that focuses on what the customer needs instead of trying to sell extra work. I would recommend them to anyone】【。

chris did a very thorough chimney cleaning and a careful fireplace inspection, and he explained everything in simple terms. he was honest about the work that actually needed to be done and pointed out a few helpful maintenance items to keep the flue and firebox in good shape. Town & Country Chimney Sweeps made the whole visit easy, and in frisco it is great to have a reliable chimney sweep service that is professional, clear, and easy to work with. i look forward to using them again for future chimney service.
I contacted several chimney and fireplace service companies, but this one stood out as the most professional and reasonably priced. They installed a new gas fireplace in my home and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The crew explained the venting, safety checks, and how the fireplace system would work with my chimney setup. Everything was completed with care, and the new fireplace looks great. It works perfectly and has made the living space feel much more comfortable. I also appreciated how easy they we... read more
