I called to have my carpets and tile cleaned in San Lorenzo. The technician, Nicolas, arrived on time and walked me through what needed to be done. He was very honest, letting me know I didn’t need certain services since I don’t have pets, which saved me some money. Nicolas did a fantastic job—the carpets look fresh and the tile is sparkling, just like when it was first installed. The technician, Gavin, was very friendly, polite, and did an amazing job making our old carpets look fresh and almost new again, even though they’re about 10 years old! After the cleaning, I accidentally gave Gavin an extra $100 that I meant to use for medication, along with his tip.
