Went to cash a $5 check drawn off this bank and was told it would be a $4.50 fee. What’s sad is I used to work there and they still wouldn’t wave the fee. Glad I moved my accounts to a credit union when I left. Really poor customer service.
RecommendedThis bank helped when others would not. Their second chance checking account is an absolute gift. They do not punish someone for having an outstanding balance at a Nother institution and gave me a full working no restrictions checking account and are assisting in paying off an outstanding balance to another financial institution while doing so. Town and Country bank is a sophisticated group of criminals, cheaters and rule breakers. They have illegal collection practices while having the most inadequate and horrible customer service. If you are a small business I especially recommend you put your money in a different bank. I will make it my mission to legally expose every criminal and illegal flaw that this bank possesses. To the people of Springfield and surrounding area its time to hold TOWN AND COUNTRY BANK accountable but it starts with me and it starts today!!
Well I have banked here for almost 3 years. We still,to this day,have deposits held, even when there cashiers check. 2 times in the last 60 days they have screwed me, once posting a collection on my credit that wasn’t, 88 points down. Just recently deposited x amount of certified funds and the following day they returned one thing that I was told would not be bc of the deposit, they lied and screwed me again and it posted to my credit. My credit went from 771 to a 602 because of this bank and screwed me out of a loan because... read more
