They were supposed to fix my car completely, went to pick it up and the body and cosmetics looked great. However, when I got into my car there were still multiple error alerts coming up on my screen. Let them know, and a guy went outside to check it out and came back in saying it was good to go and that it just needed to be reset. Get into my car and drove it off the lot and it was completely dangerous as my alignment wasn’t fixed at all so my steering wheel was very off center as I was driving in traffic. I can’t express how thankful I am for Tom and his staff. They were all truly amazing. Tom helped me out of a very stressful situation and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my car repaired through my insurance because they originally wanted to total my car. I took it to Tom for a 2nd opinion and he assured me he could fix it and it wouldn’t be a total loss and he was absolutely correct. I was referred to Town & Country Auto by my Volvo dealer. Called them on Monday, made an appointment for an estimate on Tuesday and the repair was done on Wednesday morning! About 15-20 years ago T & C Auto took care of a car I had at the time which had severe damage. It took several months as I remember it, but they kept me well informed on the progress.
