I have been very pleased with Town and Country Apartments. The area is quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Since my time here I have had only one minor issue, and the maintenance guys were there to fix the issue that same day!! AMAZING!! Tasha Wright was extremely helpful and was able to give me guidance throughout the entire process as a first time tenant. Shelly, the property manager along with the rest of the staff in the office and maintenance do a good job. My problem is with the owner peak management. In our building there is only one water turn off, not in each apartment. When we first moved in we were charged a flat fee for water that was reasonable. Now that peak is the owner they take the entire water usage equally between the tenants. So basically when it comes to my noisy neighbor upstairs I am paying for him to take a shower amongst other things. Recently I found o... read more
Kept us waiting 20 minutes for our appointment then told us the room we'd booked to see wasn't actually available. Wasted our time and money
