I wouldn’t recommend anyone Town and Country. They have bugs issues, the corridors smells of urine, my online order was stolen, feels not safe; overall very poorly maintained. I notified them before 2 months of leaving and talked to the manager. She mentioned no email is required, just update your new address. The property manager misguided me and charged me a lot for not informing them before. I was there for one year had a bad experience overall.
The office staff is fabulous and always goes the extra mile!
I've lived here for several years now and have had no major problems whatsoever. They changed owners a few months ago and are making major improvements to the property. Every building got new windows, the lawncare has been much better, new outdoor furniture has been added to the clubhouse, nasty looking trees and bushes have been removed, sidewalk edges have been smoothed to avoid tripping, holes in the roads have been fixed, and pet stations have been added to multiple locations making it easier to take care of the waste.. ... read more
Management at Town and Country has always been super friendly and helpful. The unit I moved into was perfect—no complaints at all. I’m really happy with my experience here so far.
I have arthritis in my knee very bad. I have a dog and they moved the trash cans far away from me. Shelly, property manager said she would have one put closer for me. She lied it's further away than the other new pet waste cans. Also, the newest owner, Peak Management. Always paid flat rate for utilities. No water shut off in each apartment, the entire building is connected. They are now taking everybody's water usage together then dividing it up between us.
