Definitely a little disappointed in this visit with my dog. I feel there were several clerical errors. I felt if I had not been paying attention. He could’ve gotten some vaccinations that he was not supposed to get. There was one vaccination that he had a very bad reaction to before, but it was still on the list to be done this time and I had to bring it up, not to give it to him. I’ve always received top quality care for all my dogs at T&C.
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
Ranger was well taken care of.
I was able to get an appointment as a new client so easily, the staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and understanding.
