Took my cat in for UTI/worms, Dr. J (elder) treated him and never got any better so had to take him back in for more medicine and she had the nerve to charge me another exam fee of $50 when she already knew what was wrong and didn’t fix it the first time! We have been their customer for over 10 years and spent $1000’s there! Also she even tried to board him for a UTI, unbelievable! So if your cat has a UTI and worms it will cost you $400 to fix them if you go here! You just don’t do that to loyal customers! Never again!
I don’t recommend this place. I thought that the after care on my fur baby was free. I received a bill of over 2000.00
