I would not recommend this place to anyone. The property is poorly maintained, cleanliness is a serious concern, and there seems to be no proper management or accountability. I vacated my apartment last month after repeatedly seeing complaints ignored. Unfortunately, the overall standards here are far below what residents should expect. Moved here in April, definitely don’t recommend. It’s always dirty, like nasty dirty, there’s been a piece of dog shit on the stairs for over a week now, the kids here scream bloody murder at the top of their lungs all day long and there’s never any parents to control them. Indoor pool was so nasty and now I guess it’s completely shut down. I don’t know if anything gets communicated to any higher ups than just the people in the office but the advertising on this apartment is just completely different than what it is.
This is the WORST APARTMENT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. TERRIBLE! RUN!! Terrible management and it’s DIRTY! Sent notice to raise rent by more than 250 after 1st year.. (from 2166 to 2450!) Felt like I got tricked into moving here. it looks pretty nice on the outside. halls and stairwells always dirty. Pools consistently are unavailable for use. A weird drunk man that lived there (that was not swimming) went into the pool and choked my son. I am living there now, my lease is up in August and they want a 7.1% rental increase!!! That apartment is absolutely not worth that kind of rental increase, especially since my neighbor next to me blows up weed all the time and it drifts into my bedroom. In all my years of renting, never had such a crazy rental hike. 😳😖😡
