Sent notice to raise rent by more than 250 after 1st year.. (from 2166 to 2450!) Felt like I got tricked into moving here. it looks pretty nice on the outside. halls and stairwells always dirty. Pools consistently are unavailable for use. A weird drunk man that lived there (that was not swimming) went into the pool and choked my son. Management did nothing and said the camera in the pool is blocked by a pole. 🙄 There was a dog that was consistently aggressive and trying to bite me and my children.
