Pot is smoked indoors routinely, staff is unable to do anything about it despite rules about smoking indoors. Physical evidence is needed so if you smoke, this isn't a bad place to be. If you want to move here, I strongly encourage you to ask about which units smoke weed before signing anything. You will be stuck with it and there will not be any solution beyond moving. Cameras are claimed to be stationed around the buildings but they do not have angles to account for vehicle vandalism.
