Pot is smoked indoors routinely, staff is unable to do anything about it despite rules about smoking indoors. Physical evidence is needed so if you smoke, this isn't a bad place to be. If you want to move here, I strongly encourage you to ask about which units smoke weed before signing anything. You will be stuck with it and there will not be any solution beyond moving. Cameras are claimed to be stationed around the buildings but they do not have angles to account for vehicle vandalism.
Sent notice to raise rent by more than 250 after 1st year.. (from 2166 to 2450!) Felt like I got tricked into moving here. it looks pretty nice on the outside. halls and stairwells always dirty. Pools consistently are unavailable for use. A weird drunk man that lived there (that was not swimming) went into the pool and choked my son.
