had some back pain. told doctor , had been in a lot of pain have been working out to fix problem. doctor says working out was problem. notice pain 1st then working out doctor did not gave me muscle relaxer. low dose so i can work on it. pic it up take as told 4 times a day work all week end walk around 25 to 30 miles at work in a lot of hip pain joints hurt come to find out i was given 350mg high dose not to be worked on now back hurts an hip. side note i know take 1/4 of what i was given 2 times a day
