This was my first visit at Town Center Dentistry as I am new to the Grove City area. Everyone was very friendly and also very knowledgeable . From the moment I walked through the door to the services of the dental assistant, to Dr Singh….. 100% professionalism. I am so happy I found their practice.
My experience bringing my (100+) Aunt to the office for the first time was flawless. The staff was professional, and so welcoming! :-D
Really fun appointment. The Crew was dressed in western clothes and even had western nicknames on their badges. Made it easy to relax and get my scans done for Invisalign.
I made an appointment for a new patient exam/cleaning for 10:30. A month later the day of the appointment I was contacted and informed my appointment was moved up to 9:45 and if I didn’t make it I would be charged. I left my job extra early to account for this. I showed up at 9:30 and the woman behind the desk was very friendly and helpful.
