Brought in a dress that had some dirt at the hem from dragging on the floor and they returned it to me pink and said I must have spilled wine on myself. I attempted to correct this with the manager who refused to return my calls and said it was a part of an order from over a year ago, though it clearly was not. I retained receipts, attempted to work this out with BBB, but no resolution and no response. Just a $500 dress that’s been ruined.

We have had success in the past using this dry cleaner for my husband's suits. However, they ruined this green polyester dress of mine. It WAS a pleated dress but after dry cleaning the pleats are all flat and there are horizontal lines all over the dress. They tried to remedy the situation but ultimately I was not happy with the outcome and their solution.
