I go there often just for exercise but I also wonder in and out of stores to catch a bargain. I really miss Bed Bath and Beyond. It would be a great place if they put a Kohls or Macy's there.
The service was horrible. I am a premier customer and I ordered a medium popcorn and they are suppose to up size me to the large but she didnt. The girl was extremely rude and pushy. At first she didn't even take us right away. She made us wait and than goes " Oh I didn't even see you guys". We ordered a water and the water was warm. It's ridiculous and I will not attend this movie theater anymore. The floors were dirty and the counters were absolutely disgusting! Always gonna be Franklin Mills to me. Spent many weekends there with my friends as a teenager. Lots of good memories. I like what they've done with the place but I can't adjust to the name "Philadelphia" Mills. It's always going to be Franklin Mills Mall in my eyes.
How in the world are you supposed to shop when it's a million degrees in here!
I only come here when I absolutely need to since it's 5 mins from my home. Most of the employees are rude. After this week's snowstorm they did a half ass plow job of the parking lots.
