I booked over a week ahead for a very early morning flight. Come the morning of my flight, with confirmation the night before, NO ONE SHOWED UP. I called and received no answer. Half an hour later I finally get a call back saying they will be there but are running late. An hour late. No accountability. Thanks for nothing other than wasting my time and making me miss my flight.
I was picked up in a beautiful 2021 Chevy Tahoe. My driver was extreme early, there was plenty of sitting room to fit my large family. Can’t wait to use them for our next vacation.
Great service the driver arrived early which I thank him because despite the snowstorm that we have in Chicago, thankfully we arrived safely and plenty of time for our flight. Thanks guys for the good service as always
