I’ve been going to Cal’s for over the past year, specifically the Baldwin Road location. I’ve never been overly pleased with the results from their wash, the back of the car never gets cleaned, even if they apply a manual brush. Today 6.30.26, I drove onto the conveyor rolled down my window and attempted to ask the attendant for a “special favor”, he promptly replied, “we don’t do special favors” and sent the conveyor and my car moving. This place was great when they open, but I feel like they’ve gone straight downhill .sitting in front right now , Going to get my window tinted I have to wash my truck before I can do it so I stopped here and they’re not open. It’s supposed to be but not.
Disappointed. They would not take their coupon. They tryed to manually close my powered mirrors so I had to yell at them to stop before being damaged. Very poor wash, truck still dirty. I've never had any issues with the Oxford location.
Not a bad price and it does better than most removing dirt road grime. BUT they can't their dryer right. It keeps scratching my passenger side mirror on a Chevy 2500. Showed them the video and just got the shoulder shrug.
