You dont find this type of knowlege anywhere anymore. Worst pet store I've ever been to! I hate to even give this place one star as it's not worthy. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! It smells horrible and you notice as soon as you step onto the front porch. There were flies flying all over inside. The place is dark & the aisles are so close together, even a normal sized person has to walk sideways. We found it odd that snakes share a room with hamsters/gerbils. The cats cages were in a hallway. You had to walk between the cages to get to where the puppies are. Icky and Rude I was terribly disappointed in this petstore. I went in with the intent of checking it out before bringing my daughter back in a few days to pick her new pet. The store smelled terrible, was so crowded (stuff not people)you couldn't get through the aisles and the staff was RUDE. He refused to help me until I was ready to make a purchase. Customer loyalty is built on helping before and after the sale, not only at the time of sale. I will drive however far it takes in order to not go back to this store.
