The water is cut off at least twice a week for hours at a time. They have fined us for things that we don’t contribute to, such as constant sewer clogs. The charges vary each time, once almost $200 when we don’t even flush toilet paper down our toilets. The office does not answer the phone. Maintenance is nowhere to be found. I have small children and we can’t keep dealing with this water shut off issue.
Don’t come live here. Stay as far away as you can. They’re always cutting the water off. You call the office, they never answer. They’re good at charging you extra fees, but when it comes to answering the phone after cutting the water while you’re in the shower, they’re no good at all. Oh, but if your yard is dirty, they’ll slap you with a big fine. And when a storm came, they didn’t clean up a damn thing.
There rude when redoing the road one of the men came to my in law n yelled at her accusing her of something she didn't do then he threatened her to be evicted n since they been over charging her for stupid things and watching us closely it's to point that's its uncomfortable
Worst place to live someone is going around stealing people things I have reported to Debbie and nothing has been done nothing is never done just a bunch of talk I know who it is but can't prove it they are drug users and they just want the money and lot rent keeps going up and they got all these new trailers in . Stay away from this place it's horrible and i don't mean some tenants, office sucks always an excuse Debbie needs to be fired along with maintenance man he knows who is stealing along there .
Last year a dead tree, that management failed to cut down after multiple requests, fell on my house and vehicle after a storm. After a lengthy dispute, (as you can see in one of their responses to a previous post), and proof of communication about the tree complaints, they agreed to replace my window (on mobile home, my complaint was never about the vehicle).
