The worst experience ever!! Buying a home should be one of the happiest times. We purchased our home in April of 2024 which was supposed to be a 6–8 week process. We didn't move in until Sept of 2024. I personally did all the leg work to get my home setup and all. My home was put together without the correct permits. It was literally a disaster. Beautiful homes the crew there are very good and make sure that your well informed when u leave prepare you good
The biggest mistake i made was using this company! Bringing the house in, they hit a tree, ripped up part of my entry fence, which they never fixed, took forever to get them started on the finish work after they put it together. Their workers would only work 3-4 hours a day and drive back to NC. The ones that did work all day, left there trash everywhere,inside and outside the house. One left a pile of old carpet in the front yard and there is no carpet in the house. After everything, and there is alot more, it took a year a... read more
