Super prompt response! Called him and left a voicemail, he called me back very quickly and was out to fix my furnace within an hour.
Jim was fantastic. We had a fireplace pilot light that was struggling to light. Even on the initial phone call he was straightforward and honest with his possible restrictions on being able to do the work but came in and completed the work swiftly. Even though it’s not a big deal to us he removed his shoes and vacuumed up the minimal mess he made even after being told he didn’t have too.
