I was skeptical after reading the lower reviews, but the service here was excellent. They were professional and friendly. Took my dad's truck here, dropped it off, and I received a call about an hour later with the estimate. They let me know it would have to wait until the next day due to getting the part, but they promised to keep the truck inside so it wouldn't get rained in (issue was broken window regulator, and I couldn't roll up the window.) Horrible customer service. The guy they have talk to customers (Ponce I think he said his name was) is not helping and just flate out rude. No telling how many customers he has run off and how much money that has cost this business but I would not bring my Ford here if I were you. Worst experience at a mechanic I have ever had.

This place complete Gouge!! $500 to diagnose a well known Ford Flex Power Transfer Unit flaw and they can't even provide a detailed estimate of their proposed repair. Ford Customer Service needs to sanction these guys. Ripping off customers needs to be exposed.
