This is the worst experiences I’ve ever had delivering to small businesses I was asked to call a day early n give them a heads up and eta, I did and the lady told me they’d have people there to unload me Got there as agreed, no one was on site, I called, never picked up my calls for over 1 and 1/2 hours But seemingly they were picking up calls from the broker telling him they’d were on site Arrived 2 hours later, no sorry no word As if it was just normal Clearly no respect for other people’s time I’d think twice before ever ... read more
Great business. I built my house 4 years ago and T&C did a great job on the fence around my yard. This spring, I had a gate that wasn't lined up perfectly and wouldn't shut. I know there's a lot of reasons why this could happen and totally wasn't from doing a bad job. They came out and unexpectedly repaired it for free. They even checked the entire fence and fixed another gate that I hadn't even mentioned (which the damage was my own stupid fault)! Travis, Lynn, Dave and company did an unbelievable job with my new automatic gate, totally exceeded my expectations. I can now make use of my side yard for additional space. Space is valuable and Town and Country can help open it up, automatically! Great company and team at Town and Country.
