Dr. Popek is the most thoughtful Dr. I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. My first visit was for a routine physical; Normally my experience has been subpar with physicals as they're pretty quick with little examination beyond the bare minimum requirements. Dr. Popek was thorough, kind, and took his time, making sure any of my questions or concerns were addressed.
I came here 2 days ago I got blood work and my blood draw service was horrible I was in pain from a thick needle and now I have a lump on my arm thats a little soar smh. I never got blood drawn and been and that much pain and left with a lump where the blood was drawn from and the whole process was uncomfortable and uncessary questions was a bit too much. I love and respect Dr. Laurel Tucker. If they would correct the reminder process then I will add stars to my review. I do not understand why a medical clinic has to send 12 emails and make 12 phone calls reminding a patient of their appointment. This is borderline harassment.
Masks required for everyone. They don’t provide masks for accompanying spouses (etc), so I am required to wait in the waiting room. I do appreciate precaution, but providing a mask for a spouse doesn’t seem unreasonable.
