Amazing service
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Popek. He is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. He truly listens to his patients and takes the time to understand what’s going on instead of rushing through appointments. What I appreciate most is that he is proactive and thoughtful with treatment. I like that he doesn’t immediately send you off to a specialist without trying to help first or give you a treatment. I’ve been a patient here for years, and every visit involves a wait of at least 30 minutes to an hour. However, the one time I arrived 17 minutes late due to an accident, which I called ahead to explain,my appointment was canceled. If punctuality is expected from patients (as it should be), the same courtesy should be extended by the doctors. Additionally, the front desk staff are consistently unfriendly, which makes the overall experience even more frustrating.
