A bank like no other. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and VERY customer orientated.
Poor and inconsistent customer service. Rules for how to process my checks change every single time I go there and depends heavily on the person you're dealing with. So much time and effort wasted every time I go. Whenever I go there and get Ms. Sarah Holland to take care of my needs it turns to be horrible time for me, so disappointing and frustrating when she's the one handling what I need to do.
