Upon picking up my vehicle after repair, I noticed a $45 "shop fee" added to my bill. I inquired as to what this was for, and was told it is for basic shop expenses such as paper towels and soap. The charge is based off a percentage of the invoice. Are you kidding me? I could have brought you some paper towels and soap for $2.00. Although they did a decent job, this added, not given up front expense is a load a crap.
