Bought lawnmower, had for six weeks. Broke down and has been in shop for six weeks.
I dropped my Self propelled Snapper mower off there years back as it wouldn’t start then they called a said it was ready for pickup. I showed up and the guy said he would go in the back and get it he then roll’s out a very much older & cheaper mower it wasn’t even a Snapper and says there you go I said this isn’t my mower and he insisted that it was my mower, like I don’t know my own mower that I paid a lot of money for and bought from them! Dropped our field mower off in NOVEMBER! They still have it 6 months later. Called and stopped in several times only to be told owner or "technician" wasn't in. Last week we went to pick it up and they would not give it to us! May have to call the sheriff. Horrible service!!
Had my equipment for four week. Said they ordered the parts. Weeks later I stopped by and it was never touched. Picked up and will repair myself. Never go here again. Stay away!!!
Great knowledgeable shop. I always have good luck when I stop in here.
