DO NOT GET A HOME IN THIS PARK. THEY “REMODEL” but really it’s lipstick on a pig. Handyman uses improper materials and will demean you. The mobile homes are falling apart and not worth nearly what you’re gonna pay. You’ll pay 16k for a trailer valued at 2k. Don’t expect to buy one and move it not a single home in the park is eligible to be moved. The owner will nickel and dime you over every little thing. 0/10 totally do not recommend. Moved in April 24 had nothing but issues. Roof leaked. Handyman used press board for flooring. Dry rotted panels for the shower. Electrical that was faulty and a fire hazard. HORRIBLE Roach problem from the neighbors and the storage trailer. Had to throw out all my possessions. The owner of the park talks to tenants any way he pleases and acts like a tyrant. Lived here a while. Wife and I went to her mom's house after her father died and while we were gone the "maintenance" man broke into our trailer and stole our washer and dryer.. also heard rumors of him going into people's homes and going thur there stuff.
