Crazy work they towed over 30 cars from a church event. The sign said we can park, but apparently not. This was clearly a scam to tow as many cars as possible. Now people been waiting over 3-4 hours wait time. So you tow all these cars and don’t even got the man power to process everybody.

Avoid this company at all costs. Whomever towed my BMW damaged the sensors, leaving my car full of warning lights and barely drivable immediately after pickup. I was then left waiting over two hours with no help while the owner acted shocked and refused to take responsibility. Unprofessional, careless, and dishonest. This place is a complete scam.

Some of the worst scammers I have ever come across in my life. They have a deal set up with my Shitty HOA. I have Parking my Pick up truck in my families Community for over a year, Not every day, But they definitely know my truck. I have never ever forgotten to register my truck, But I had one night. I fell asleep early and forgot to register my truck, I come out the morning at 6 AM. My truck is gone. No paper warning, And not even a boot. Awful service. Deceptive and predatory practices. If you are the owner of a property looking for a towing company I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I called to get my truck out that was towed from my neighborhood while I was on vacation and when I call they told me $500 I asked them how long would it be at that rate and they started calculating days realized they could put a lien on it told me to hold for 5 min while I was on hold they put a lien on my car so then they take me off hold to tell me it’s $300 more now cause it has a lien on it.
