Getting your vehicle towed is never good.
Worst company booted my truck and said that there where goin to come at 9:30pm EST that nigh and they came at 10:30AM EST the next day. The customer service is horrible and they at like they are the ish closed this company down. #Closedthecompany
Zero professionalism as a tow service. first the tow truck driver almost runs over my wife and mother in law. then in there office the rudest dike that has no customer service skills. the gm that has no teeth was no help and was rude. i will be reviewing new company’s to replace them at our community. our people shouldn’t have to deal with such nasty people there’s other tow companies that treat people with respect. the owner of this company should be ashamed and hire better people instead of hiding.
This is by far the worst, most unprofessional, and disrespectful towing company I’ve ever dealt with. Let me tell you why: I called them to have a boot removed from my car—a car I always pay the visitor parking for, but I made the honest mistake of forgetting one night. They said it would take 45 minutes to get it removed. Guess what? I waited over 3 HOURS in the blazing heat like an idiot while they played games, and my girlfriend had to miss an important appointment because of their complete incompetence. This company goes around stealing paper tags for factious activities and tries to find reasons to boot your car. I’m praying to God that they get closed down and face the charges. Touch not my anointed ones.
