Disgusting behaviour and just worst company to deal with - just avoid at any cost
I saw this sign as soon as I walked in and thought this would be a good experience. I was WRONG!! We waited for about 5 minutes with no one around until he came out of the bathroom. Maybe there should have been a sign saying "be right back" but that's asking too much. The first words out of his mouth when he walked out was "I need the driver's license of the owner of the vehicle" The total was $345 "Cash" Is there a bank nearby? We asked. What happened to customer service? The first gentleman was very nice and patient( the one who escorted my husband to his car to get his registration). When we returned inside to finish the process up the 2nd individual came off very hostile. ( so confused) I understand you have a job to do, but what was his issue? 2-3pm i called…. was hung up on and he yelled at me over the phone lol… made me wait on hold for 20 minutes for a boot…. and worst yet ask for marijuana in exchange for a better price/ easier experience that’s disgraceful
If I could zero I would, called to have a boot removed and they said they didn’t put it on and asked if I wanted a cookie and hung up.
