in the place where I live they took my brother's car to this place towmaxx towing, we went to pick up the car and the person named ally who helped us was very rude, when we asked her about the fine she threw the papers against the desk, we asked her questions and she answered us with a super ugly attitude, we felt mistreated by this person ally, it is bad service because even though we accepted not to register the car as a guest, but at least one expects polite treatment, this person does not deserve to be in this workplace,... read more
Afternoon employee was respectful even though I had an attitude about my car being towed. He was helpful and made sure I got my vehicle promptly.
