HORRIBLE experience with this company. Was told twice on 2 different forklifts that we should literally scrap them when next forlklift company came in and made repairs to both for minimal dollars. Tons of excuses and overall frustrating to do business with.

I spoke to rental department’s John, I have no ideas what wrong with him, I am looking for one 15500 lbs lift, he said not available, That is fine, but I am calling back want to get another smaller size lift, he said : I can’t help you and hand up!
