Our Towlift tech is awesome. We have had issues getting our tow motor repaired, but Jim is always pleasant, knowledgeable and keeps us informed of the progress. Most of delays with the repair are related to part ordering and availability.
We purchased a pallet jack from this company and 4 months later the pallet jack would not work. Therefore we asked if they would come take a look at it and possibly fix it. After sitting on the phone with Joe for 30 minutes he still could not find any record of the sale to us but said he would set up a business account for us and have someone out to take a look. Former employer of mine. Great experience working there over 6 years as a technician. Training was structured well and trainers were extremely knowledgeable. One of the best tech support programs and staff in the industry. Dispatchers will listen and willing to work with you in every aspect of the job on and off the clock. Very easy to work with upper management to achieve 100% customers satisfaction.
Great to see people are still coming up with New Equipment!!! Fast Delivery. After A Rocky start... I got it in though.
