Wonderful value for the money paid for services provided (for overnight stays & play dates). The staff here are always so friendly and provide wonderful customer service. I wish their staff could train some CSR's for other companies, to be honest. ;) My dog always seems to have a great time when he goes, too. Triple win! :D
I boarded my pup here for the first time, of even boarding. I was more nervous than he was! He had an amazing time!! Normally he whimpers if someone takes the leash away from me but he willingly went with the staff member! I almost got jealous ;) The staff takes great care of each individual doggie and shows each one love and care to make them as comfortable as possible. I took my two dogs to Pet Resort Dallas and will never take them back there again. The lack of professionalism with which this facility operates is inexcusable. When I first visited the facility to tour it, I explained that I have a 5 month old puppy (shepherd mix) and a 4 year old small dog. It was suggested to me that my dogs stay together in a larger suite since they have never been apart and my puppy is very timid. I have moved to Venice but I still take both my pets to see Debbie for grooming. Yes there are many places closer to home but I have been using Towles club K9 for over a year and find their attention to detail and friendly atmosphere a perfect match. I know my dogs are well cared for by everyone involved and I trust them. Dog owners know trust is a huge issue when leaving our loves in someone else's care.
I absolutely love boarding Dolce here! They are so nice and helpful and make Dolce so happy! I don't even think she misses me while I'm gone! My go to for boarding! Thank you for all you do!

I made an appointment to bring my pup here for a play date on 14 Oct 14. She currently goes to another camp but since I am working right down the street I felt like this place would be more convenient. I showed up and the first lady spoke and commented on how cute she was. I guess a regular showed up so she told me to go to the next window. This is no problem because they were regulars.
