Treat my dog great. Always available. But the office is always over booked and always running at least 30 min behind. Which I can't figure out since I am only in the room with the doctor for 5-10 min. Overall pleased . The flu shot seems over rated but it's required for boarding. I have had a dog for over 30 years and they have never gotten the flu
