The staff here are rude and bitter. They will swear and snap at you and and talk to you like a dog. Its like they dont see you as human. Its clear they feel their position elevates them above the people staying here. Unless you have a thing for being treated terribly never come here they absolutely hate their tenants.
We love Towerview! Our first visit was a wonderful tour that we had with Joni and we immediately fell in love with the community. After deciding that we had to live here, we have been working with Kendyll who has been great every step of the way. We moved in from out of state and she has been so helpful in answering all of the questions that we’ve had and made sure our move in day went smoothly. Everything here is so beautiful and all of the residents have been so kind. We are so excited to live here!
Lovely place. We only lived there for about 8 months but during that time everything was great.
I'm writing this to share how exceptional my stay was at Towerview Ballantyne! It is a beautiful building with excellent staff and flawless upkeep by the TEAM!. Specifically, how helpful Joni Webster was when we first arrived, and how friendly and informative she was throughout our stay. This was so helpful during our relocation to Charlotte from MI. Thank you Joni, and thank you Towerview Ballantyne!!
