I'm writing this to share how exceptional my stay was at Towerview Ballantyne! It is a beautiful building with excellent staff and flawless upkeep by the TEAM!. Specifically, how helpful Joni Webster was when we first arrived, and how friendly and informative she was throughout our stay. This was so helpful during our relocation to Charlotte from MI. Thank you Joni, and thank you Towerview Ballantyne!!

I visited the property with my son, as we’re planning to rent here. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Ms. Joni Webster, and she had us at “hello.” While we were truly impressed by the property and its amenities, what really convinced us was how genuinely welcome Joni made us feel. I’ve lived at Towerview for just under a year, and it has exceeded all of my expectations. The amenities are fantastic, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful (Kendyll is the best!), and any concerns or maintenance requests are addressed much more quickly than at other places I’ve lived. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in the community. I highly recommend Towerview to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Joni Webster at the front is the best! I’ve been a resident at Towerview for about 2 years and she consistently has a smile on her face. She is always willing to help whether it is refilling the coffee machine or helping me find my lost airpods. Towerview wouldn’t be the same without her!
