Don't move here Apartments have no amenities, no garbage disposal, no dishwasher, not enough room for anything in the tiny kitchen, nut case upstairs makes noise throughout the day & night, management refuses to do anything about the problem. There are drugs everywhere. The smell of pot being smoked outside the apartments makes you sick. Drugs are being sold from one of the apartments on property, management thinks it's OK "It's only pot". Prices are way too high for what you get.
Not a place for kids And half of the time the gates are open not locked and when u do want to talk to manager about something they don't want to hear it and they're promise you when u move to the other building they will fix the steps take half of it for wheelchair users and that's been over 1 and a half years and we all are still waiting for it people have fell and hurt there self and Roman asked Larry SR if he wants to start cutting the steps out on one side and then she said it's not that important they have other things ... read more
Horrible Since living in this apartment complex we've had numerous water leaks in one bedroom, mushrooms growing thru the windowsill that the apartment complex manager said was a termites nest (that was later debunked by the exterminator). The wait time to get anything fixed is atrocious, roaches disgustingly gross and they don't spray regularly (you have to set an appointment), washers they charge you a $1.50 for and they are half the size of regular washer and dryer they charge a $1 for that don't dry in the 55 minutes cyc... read more
