The View was absolutely stunning. Sun rentals gave us the perfect room. Hearing the sound of the ocean. Sunrise and sunset from our balcony was so tranquil and majestically peaceful.
The building has an ongoing cockroach infestation, and the building manager continues to use Massey Pest Control, even though Massey knows their treatment will never mitigate the infestation. When I first moved in after Ian, the condo I leased washed owned by an HOA Board of Directors. The unit was very nice, however, it had a heavy roach infestation. This was the worst experience I have had. After 3 attempts of complaining about not feeling well and was told by the owners boyfriend who claimed he was a a/c specialist and deallWAs with nold. I finally asked the owner Mila and Lecteria to please get checked if there was some sort of black mold that was making me feel bad. They sent a man by the name of Richard claiming he specializes in A/C mold. He did do a throughly check but came up with the same answer no mold and because you have cancer you smell is off from treatment... read more
