The building has an ongoing cockroach infestation, and the building manager continues to use Massey Pest Control, even though Massey knows their treatment will never mitigate the infestation. When I first moved in after Ian, the condo I leased washed owned by an HOA Board of Directors. The unit was very nice, however, it had a heavy roach infestation. This was the worst experience I have had. After 3 attempts of complaining about not feeling well and was told by the owners boyfriend who claimed he was a a/c specialist and deallWAs with nold. I finally asked the owner Mila and Lecteria to please get checked if there was some sort of black mold that was making me feel bad. They sent a man by the name of Richard claiming he specializes in A/C mold. Excellent place to rent for a couple of weeks. The apartment we stayed at was completely remodeled. The building is on the older side but you can tell the management does a really good job keeping it fresh and remodeled. Security is on point. Feel very safe with their care. The are is quiet, peaceful and so relaxing. Market across the street and lots of restaurants. Great place to relax in daytona for the whole family. The condo faces the ocean.
