These are nice apartments but the security deposit and pet fees are outrageous for a place that is supposed to be based on your income. Recently was there inquiring about a place get this 818 dollars for a security deposit and if you have a pet 500 dollars plus whatever they determine your rent to be. To me this is absolutely ludicrous.
