Unreal and very scary experience this afternoon. After merging from 205 to I-5 passing the Manteca exit. This Tower Truck # 320 was on the right side shoulder…non stop pushing his way through the lane. Honking and honking bc I thought he did not see me. He and his male passenger not only saw but they kept going. Sandwiching me in between the trailer in front and a semi to my left…and the Tower Truck #320 coming on and into my right lane.
