I had an amazing experience today with Tower especially the front desk lady DIANA. She was more than amazing, she answered all my questions with her beautiful smile and also change my mind from renting to leasing. Thanks Diana and all Tower team
Great place to rent, and a wide selection of cars. Customer service is cool. The rental lead is Dayana she is very professional and patient and always has a smile.
This week the Tower app decided not to update my toll balance & i was stuck to pay my LTO balance. Yesterday Saturday my vehicle gets disabled because apparently i owe but the app shows $0.00 so the tolls that i do owe i am unable to pay & i am stuck with no car today & half of Monday because of Tower mediocre app. Instead of investing into the app heavily & making it difficult for your customer to reach customer service you should instead open on Weekends.
