Great gym and owners! Small space but has more to offer than the larger gyms with a more family feel. If you’re looking to get in shape in the new year, look no further!
In preparation for my season I was recommended a great fitness training regime from Ben and I was able to shave 40 seconds off my mile time within a 2 weeks of training absolutely amazed
Great gym! Owner worked w me to do a few week drop in visit. Easy to get in. Clean and plenty of equipment (plenty of squat room when there isn’t a class). Wonderful addition to the community.
