Right from the first contact, Reg took the time to explain and answer all my many questions and concerns. He provided solutions that the former service provider could not (would not). Chris installed/updated and provided a seamless transition. These folks are really knowledgeable and pleasurable to deal with. There was no pressure sales. Very pleased to be able to deal with this local provider! A fantastic experience with Tower Security Systems.

We were in touch with Reg this afternoon. We informed him that we were switching from shaw to bell mts. He advised us that we would have to get another panel and alarm system put in. We are pleased with the people at tower security 😀. Thanks again Val and Fern

Had a wonderful experience with Tower Security Systems. Reg & Chris provided a solution which we were repeatedly told was impossible by our former service provider. They understood our issues and proposed very acceptable solutions, answered our questions with detail and in language we could understand. Zero sales pressure and no upsell. Takeover was straightforward and simple and install was prompt. Very pleased to finally be dealing with a local provider!

Great family company! We’ve been with them for almost 10 years. Even following a move within the city, the transition was simple. Excellent customer service and very competitive rates. They are available when needed (no lengthy wait time), qualified, courteous, efficient and pleasant customer service (email, telephone and in person). Security services are excellent, even when we unintentionally trigger the alarm; we receive check-in call within 60 seconds! If you are looking for this type of service, give them a call!

Right from my first contact with Reg he was very helpful and friendly and great communication through out the whole project. They actually managed to reuse system that was already in the house and just added on to suit my needs. Chris the installer was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient in making sure I understood everything from start to finish, and what my options were.
