Horrible!!!!! each time I go there is an issue!!!!!! I call ahead I give facility Medical procedure codes!!! I confirm I get to facility and they STILL tell me they (1) don't have correct procedure from doctor (2) they charge me incorrectly (3) they keep me waiting
Don't even bother going here--the staff does not care at all about the patient experience. I called early Saturday morning and asked if they had any appointments on Saturday. The phone operator said that my test only takes about 7 minutes so just come in--I didn't need an appointment. When I got there (9.30 am), the check in person said that I'd have to wait until 3:30 but then she said they could try to fit me in between appointments but that should happen pretty quickly.
