I am very displeased with the staff at city of oaks they are leaving the patients that are able to communicate with them soiled for too long. I have an aunt out there that has had a series of utis since she has been there which we as a family trying to help believe that it is coming from her not being changed often enough. We have made complaints and she has too but still nothing is being done. These people were very hateful and not nice. When my uncle passed they would not give out any information and they were extremely rude about the fact. There was no compassion at all. I guess that is what happens when you do not have money and you are stuck with the hateful people the state puts you with.
