Rude staff in front. Example - embarrassing a customer. Good tech in the back though.
I have been waiting over 40 minutes to have an EKG done I was not allowed to make an appointment as I had requested since they do not take them. I was asked to wait in my car and I finally went in and said to the girl at the counter when is my time and she said oh come back with me now I'll sit you out in front of the room you're going into. I had a short wait time. The staff was very friendly. I have been here many times and nevet had any problems.
Very friendly and professional. All test are done in a nice environment in the least time possible. I am very happy with this place.
I hate this Dam place they must book everyone appt at the same time !!!
Horrendous experience. I needed 3 different MRI's. They called me for appt three times every time they only saw only one of the views. Then they finally get all three and scheduled me at the wrong facility for one of them. Had to reschedule again. Took over a month of lost therapy because of all their problems. To top it off, suffered with FOX news in the waiting room!
Inefficient. Cigarette smoke bad...admitting clerk sour attitude...nasty waiting area
