I am very disappointed about this place they are unprofessional. They don't see to care about the patients. .First appointment they did not see me because the schedule me on a time that the technician was not available in the afternoon. Not well organized. My second rescheduled apt I waited for almost 2 hours just to inform me that they didn't bother to request my films. After I have signed an release. I called Susan, the supervisor, and she did not sound concerned while on the phone. I hung up on Susan because the more I heard a lack of concern in her voice, the angrier I became. I will be placing a review, in regards to this, at any location I find to place a review. I will also seek out to find who is above Susan, the unconcerned sounding supervisor.
