I used to get all of my mammograms at Tower diagnostics. Now they are TGH imaging. Reviews made me want to change places. New imaging center asked me to call TGH imaging and have old films transferred to them. 20 minutes on hold and girl refused saying imaging center had to request. Another reason inwon’t be going there

Edit to original review: After seeing the response of the "owner" to my original post, I took the opportunity to call the number they offered and see if there was someone I could talk to. Often times, "owners" make similar sorts of replies. I wanted to see if there was any weight behind the claim to care. There was not. I still haven't received a phone call back. Literally impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Held 18 minutes to make an appointment. Screw that. Called SimonMed in Carrollwood, got a real person on the phone in 30 seconds, had an appt 2 days later. How sad for the TGH name.

There is nobody to answer the call for 15 mints. Then you the wrong location to go after telling me I have no appointment. No more referral to disorganized organization like TGH imaging
