Had a great experience. The staff was friendly and the office was clean. I didn’t have to wait long and everything went smoothly.
Great experience at this facility. Minimal wait time at the 4 o'clock hour. Check in with Elizabeth was friendly, fast, and efficient. The scan with Beth was easy. Beth was friendly and knowledgeable. She kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommend visiting this facility.
I would give zero stars if I could. They took my money and didn’t see my for the appointment because they didn’t have their documents in order. My office fedex over records and they have a copy of the receipt. This office says they never got it, charged me, and refused to see me. This feels illegal!
Very good experience at tower imaging tgh. Wait time was minimal. Radiologist was so nice to me. Front desk lady was good to. Waited on an email for a week n a half to join my chart to get my results but the email never came. Called the office and spoke with the operator Claudia who assisted me on getting the email I needed. She was extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. Good people work at this place. Accidents happen. No big deal. It got taken care of. Thank you Claudia.
