Came to the site, put name on paper, waited 15 min to be called to a window behind desk, to be handed a sheet to fill out, seemed very unefficient, when it took 5 min to fill out while at the window. Why not simplify the process and have done when you 1st walk in, so when called to window you turn in. There needs to be a group to come through the whole TGH and do an efficiency procedure. The people at the front desk were very friendly, but the person in the patient cubicle had an unpleasant attitude and no interest in the patient. Her name is Taylor. She should not be working with patients and she does not represent TGH Imaging.
My paperwork says to "arrive 6:30AM", I arrived at 6:25AM. The building was dark and the door was locked. I pulled on the door every few minutes until 6:45AM, and left.
Uneducated, rude office staff. No one can multitask.
Really bad experience, went for a follow up, after waiting one month for the appointment in the day of the appointment the report I have was not accepted, It was a written report and not the images itself. The technician who was about to do the mamography communicated with the Doctor and decided that they will try to get the actual images and only after that I will have the test done. So... reschedule , another month more for the appointment. Full of burocracy, and not proffesional at all with clients , the mamography person... read more
