I cannot stress enough how wonderful Tower Radiology is. I recently got diagnosed with cancer and had to get a ton of scans ASAP. The Insurance Authorization process is so important in order not to pay an arm and leg but can delay things. At other imaging facilities, I’ve dealt with having no availability until a month or so out- even when my doctors request had STAT on it and I told them my situation OR I was booked next business day but not told abt the insurance authorization process, and the fact that if it doesn’t get a... read more
Tower Radiology is absolutely amazing , They’re professional & listen to your needs and concerns. The staff is absolutely amazing and essential to someone who appreciates great healthcare services. The ambiance is great within the entire office and staff. Everyone will put a smile on your face upon greeting them. An amazing way to represent healthcare workers/staff!
They tell you to show up 30 minutes early and the they themselves are 15 min late...
Im a little late with my review but I got an ultrasound here about a month ago and I had a great experience. The only con I have is that it took a little while to be seen ( that may of been my fault because I forgot to do the paperwork beforehand) but when I say they have some of the most amazing staff. The receptionists were super friendly and the person that did my ultrasound had to be the highlight of my appointment ( will update once I figure out what her name was but she was such a sweet lady).
